Bookings & deposits

Your date is reserved when we receive your deposit (50%) or full payment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date once, subject to availability.

Balances

Remaining balances are due 7 days before your event. Events with unpaid balances may be cancelled.

Cancellations

Cancel 14+ days before your event for a refund of amounts paid beyond the deposit. Inside 14 days, payments are non-refundable.

Overtime & travel

Time beyond your booked hours is billed at $25 per 15-minute block. Travel beyond 35 miles from Charlotte, NC is $1 per mile (rounded up).
